The Revelation of Star Wars V

So, Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back, was on spike this weekend... And it dawned on me. There is the line between Yoda and Obi-Wan on Degobah, and it goes something like this (off the top of my head)

Obi-wan
"that boy was our last hope."

Yoda
"no, There is another."

Who was Yoda talking about? Now, your/my/everyones first response will be, "Leia!". But I tell you now, that response is wrong. Sure when the original trilogy came out that response would be full filled with the announcement of Leia being Luke's sister in the next movie Revenge Return of the Jedi.

But, now that the prequel trilogy has been made and is now apart of Star Wars lor (not mentioning if they were good or not). Now after reviewing Return on the jedi we see a little bit more into the character of Obi-Wan. Without the prequel we know that Obi-Wan knew about Leia. He knew that she was the daughter of Skywalker. So that being, why would he place all hope in Luke and none in Leia who, he knew was still alive. So the other, who is it?

I feel that this is a very open ended string...

I dont know what are your thoughts?

The Old Republic.

Here is a random thought.

Should Star Wars: The Old Republic, be the next incarnation of the Star Wars universe. It's safe to say that the opera that is the story of Anakin Skywalker should never be touched. Yet, after the last 3 movies the question has always remained. What is next?

For years there has been many whispers in all sorts of directions. Notions of a television series; and I dont mean the clone wars. Talks of the old movies to be rereleased in 3D. although despite what will come, lets think about what should come.

In this new day and age the bar for epic, operatic, adventure movies has been changed (and no, not by Avatar). after seeing the trailers for the ever upcoming game, Star Wars: The Old Republic. I cant help but think that there is a storyline in there that fans will care about. not to mention that storyline providing for far broader action, then was provided by (personally) the worst of the Star Wars movies, episode 2 Attack Of The Clones.

I don't know about you, but I think that this would make for a great reboot to the franchise.

So lets talk about TRON for a minute here... This is a movie that was far ahead of its time and such an unique idea. I always took the movie to be a one off, and didn't think much of there being more of a story.

Now, I know this is old news but I just thought I would share my thoughts on the topic. but to hear that there is a sequel coming out this fall was amazing news. it all started at comic con '08 where Disney showed the same video FX teaser that they again showed in '09 this time with the full tittle of TRON: LEGECY.

When this hit I Watched it endlessly. This couldn't be more up my ally if there were an ally called Phreds ally, and this movie were filmed on in...

So to join in my excitement here is the newest teaser trailer that premiered with Alice in Wonderland.
